NVTBL is committed to providing a competitive travel baseball program focused on the growth of youth baseball players. Teams have flexibility in creating their schedules to enable them to attend tournaments and to travel as they choose while still playing NVTBL games. NVTBL has no official league standings, thus allowing teams to focus on the development of their players. 

The league consists of teams 8U - 19U from the Washington D.C. metro area.  NVTBL averages over 425 travel teams per season with over 5,500 players.
