Parents and Players:

As coaches we are often asked about how players can put themselves in position to be recruited and play college baseball. We are excited to announce an amazing opportunity for families of players who are interested in achieving that goal. Joe Rizzo Sr., the father of Joe Rizzo who was drafted 50th overall by Seattle Mariners in 2016 will be sharing his insights from their plan for Joe's skill development through their plan for his recruitment.

Although important for the player, the seminar is structured with the parent(s) in mind, especially those with players between the ages of 10 and 17. Below are the details of what the parents can expect to learn during the presentation:

  • A step-by-step plan on how to approach college baseball recruiting
  • The college recruiting timeline, which is sometimes misunderstood
  • The 4 S's of preparation: skills, speed, strength and school
  • About a variety of tools readily available to parents
